CrossAim is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of CrossAim software and the crossaim.app website.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

CrossAim is a local Windows overlay application. The software operates entirely on your device and does not:

• Collect, store or transmit any personal data
• Send screenshots, screen content or OCR output to any server
• Track your usage, keystrokes or mouse activity
• Share any data with third parties
• Require an account or login to function

All processing including OCR text extraction happens locally on your machine. No data leaves your device.

3. Website Analytics

The crossaim.app website may use standard anonymous analytics to understand general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and non-identifiable. No cookies are used to track individual users across sessions.

4. Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment processor. CrossAim does not receive or store your payment card details. Please refer to Dodo Payments privacy policy for information on how payment data is handled.

5. Support Communications

If you contact us at support@crossaim.app, we will use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your contact details with third parties.

6. GDPR — European Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access any personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification or erasure of your data
• Right to restrict or object to processing
• Right to data portability

7. DPDP Act — Indian Users

If you are located in India, we comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). We process your personal data only for the purposes described in this policy. 8. Children's Privacy

CrossAim is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CrossAim after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using CrossAim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. Licence Grant

CrossAim grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use CrossAim on your Windows device in accordance with these terms and the plan you have purchased:

• Free Plan - Single user, personal use only
• CrossAim+ - Single user licence, one-time purchase, lifetime access to the purchased version and all future CrossAim+ features
• Team Plans - Covers the number of seats specified at purchase, within a single organisation

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute or resell CrossAim
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
• Use CrossAim for any unlawful purpose
• Share licence keys or credentials with unauthorised users
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the software

4. Intellectual Property

CrossAim and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by CrossAim. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Dodo Payments. CrossAim+ and Team licences are one-time payments with no recurring subscription. Refunds are offered at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the software does not function as described on a supported system. Contact support@crossaim.app for refund requests.

6. Export Controls

CrossAim software may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export the software to any country, person or entity restricted under applicable export control regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrossAim is provided as is without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with all third-party applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrossAim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software.

9. Updates and Modifications

We may update CrossAim from time to time. CrossAim+ users retain access to all features available at the time of purchase plus future CrossAim+ additions.

10. Termination

Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination you must cease all use of CrossAim and delete all copies.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on crossaim.app with a revised date. Continued use of CrossAim after changes constitutes acceptance.
